When your appetite is suppressed when you are taking weight loss drugs, hunger cues are no longer a reliable signal for when to eat. Aiming for meals and snacks every 3–4 hours helps maintain energy, supports digestion, and reduces the risk of unintentional under-eating.

Setting reminders can be especially helpful when hunger doesn’t prompt you naturally.
