Additionally, he travels nationally and internationally educating physicians and healthcare professionals about various topics in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, as well as many laser and other non- surgical procedures. Dr. Rothaus specializes in non-invasive skin tightening procedures, body sculpting, after weight loss surgery and facelifts. Dr. Rothaus earned his B.S. as an intensive molecular biology major at Yale College, and continued at Harvard Medical School. He completed both his surgical internship and residency at the prestigious Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, carrying out his residency in plastic surgery at the New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center. Dr. Rothaus passed the rigorous examinations required for his board certification in plastic surgery in 1982.

This patient underwent a neck lift under local anesthesia: no sedation, minimal downtime, and already visible refinement in skin laxity, neck bands, and jawline definition. As you can see there is hardly any bruising or swelling.

June kept us plenty busy, and for good reason! We now have something new that we’ve been very excited to share.

Meet Junera. A minimally invasive treatment that fills a very real gap we’ve long seen in our practice – the space between non-invasive procedures like Sofwave and a surgical facelift. For patients who have more skin laxity than non-invasive treatments can reliably address, but who aren’t quite ready for surgery, there has historically been no ideal answer. Junera changes that.
