One step closer to being officially certified in cryotherapy!

Iā€™m excited to say I passed the written portion of my cryotherapy certification covering Orthopedic, Aesthetic, and Equine applications!

I only missed ONE question on the equine portion ā€” and wouldnā€™t you know it, it was because I didnā€™t READ the entire question. Lesson learned!

Now comes the next stepā€¦ hands-on testing with the professionals. Thatā€™s where the nerves are really going to kick in!

Iā€™m proud of how far Iā€™ve come and excited to keep learning and growing so I can bring even more knowledge and services to my clients, both two-legged and four-legged.

My hair grows SLOW.
Your hair is supposed to grow a half inch every month. I never had that much growth.
So, Iā€™ve been experimenting with cryotherapy on my scalp. Myself and my hairdresser have both noticed that my hair is much more grown out every time we move up my hair extensions. This last time, we measured and in one month, my hair grew a WHOLE INCHšŸ˜³ Thatā€™s twice as much growth as normal and even more for me!
