✨ What a day! Yesterday we showed up — twice! ✨

☕ First, we kicked off the morning at for our Coffee & Consult with the amazing Jamie and her incredible staff. Dr. Trevor and Dr. Gina even joined the Saturday morning Barre class — and survived to tell the tale! 😄 Thank you so much for opening your doors and your community to us. We had the BEST time!

🧁 Then it was time to RUN! Dr. Steph led the warm-up at the Cupcake Fun Run and got to hang with a couple of “dawgs” along the way 🌭😂 Shoutout to the Nicolet Football Team for bringing the hype and cheering on our runners — your support means so much!

This is exactly WHY we do what we do. Two incredible events, two amazing communities, and so much fun in between. We are so grateful for every single person who came out to support! 🙌

🔐 Hip Flexors — first to fail on a steep incline

💪 Glutes — dormant glutes force your knees and low back to take the hit
