An interesting thing about real estate is how quickly people “know.”
My clients can feel it almost immediately when a house is the right fit. They slow down.�They linger in rooms longer.�They start picturing where their furniture would go (without even realizing it).
�Sometimes they smile before they’ve said a single word.
And sometimes… the opposite happens just as fast.

So… Spring is here and I, for one am super excited to get outside enjoy the sunshine.⁣

I’ve been so stressed out over the past few months I’ve been ignoring my best practices… I haven’t been planning ahead and I haven’t been eating the best food for my body… How about you?⁣

So - here is what I know…⁣

I know what to eat to burn fat and build muscle. I've created a super simple plan to help people find the simplicity in food again. I've stopped making it complicated and just learned to eat what I want and feel amazing without feeling like I'm restricting myself.⁣

Before I had figured it out, I was a MESS! I would panic about my macros and trying to make everything totally perfect. I would obsess about which foods I was "allowed" to eat and which ones I wasn't getting enough of. I didn't understand why it was so complicated. I couldn’t “do it” Whatever “it” actually was - I was not figuring it out… and honestly, it didn’t seem like those around me could figure it out either.⁣

There was a moment when I knew things had to change. I felt overwhelmed and afraid of doing it wrong. I was eating the wrong things because I was listening to some one else tell me what would work for me. I wasn't listening to myself. I was losing weight but it wasn't the right kind of weight. I wasn't losing fat. I wasn't gaining bone density or muscle mass. I just stopped. I stopped listening to everyone else.⁣

So. I had a moment. I had a turning point… I tuned in to myself. I listened to how my body felt after I ate. I figured out a way to plan ahead and eat amazing food. I took away the overwhelm by truly simplifying how I ate and how I fed my family. And it turns out it created waaay more time and way more money! I was feeding myself food that not only tasted great, but made me feel (and look) amazing, I was actually creating time to spend with my family by planning ahead AND I was saving money at the grocery store. And it was so incredibly easy.

I’m putting together a few new recipes and ideas for a client and I’ve been pulled into a rabbit hole… I’m reminded of how much stress affects our bodies.⁣

Imagine yourself 2 months from now…⁣
(Go ahead and take a minute)⁣
Have you taken action on your New Year’s Resolution? Have you created those healthy habits you’ve been dreaming of? ⁣
Do you believe in yourself again?⁣
Can you picture yourself in March? ⁣
What does that look like? ⁣
Did you reach your goal?⁣

Sigh. Ladies… I get it. I really do. It took me a long time to figure out how to take action on my goals. It took me a really long time to figure out how to work out on the regular and even longer to eat right for my body. I still sabotage myself if I’m not careful. I get it.⁣

And – what I also understand is how I figured it all out.⁣

It all starts with accountability – to yourself and others. It all starts with figuring out where the self-sabotage comes from and changing your belief system so you STOP those behaviors and truly honor yourself. Change your beliefs – change your behavior, right?⁣

I realized I wanted to take my “giving health advice” a bit further than just posting on Facebook. That’s why I earned my Health Coach certification from HCI and am enrolled in the mastery program now. That’s why I am here – to work with women who are tired of dieting.⁣

Let me be your accountability. Together we can stop the self-sabotage and change bad belief systems and create lasting change.⁣
