WERE HIRING CLIENT COORDINATOR + FRONT DESK
We’re looking for someone who is organized, upbeat, & thrives in a client-facing role.
You’ll be the first & last impression for our clients, making sure they feel welcome, supported, & excited about their experience.
Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet clients, check them in/out,
& manage scheduling
• Handle phone, text, & email inquiries
professionally
* Process payments & maintain accurate
* Support providers with client flow & daily
operations
* Keep front area polished & inviting
* Assist with product sales & inventory as needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong people skills (friendly, professional,
confident communicator
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable with technology (we use
Vagaro Appointments, Canva, & Instagram)
* Prior experience in medspa, salon, or a medical office is a plus
* Team player who enjoys helping others
