A little Salem on Sunday before stepping into a new week.

Yesterday was spent with family, enjoying the season and showing some love to Wovenpaint, my mom’s creative business. There’s something meaningful about being able to spend time with the people you love while cheering them on in the things they create.

Today, it’s back to the behind-the-scenes work at Thrivewell Hub. This week’s focus is getting our garage in order. What sounds like a simple organizing project is really the first step in figuring out where everything will go as I prepare to bring the Hub home with me. And let’s just say, we have a LOT to make room for.

Over the next several weeks, I’ll be bringing you along as I work through the many little pieces of this transition. Not just the big decisions or announcements, but the everyday work that happens in between. The sorting, the organizing, the memories, and all the things that come with closing one chapter while creating space for another.

For now, it starts with the garage. One project, one week, and one step at a time.

What a beautiful fall day for the Harvest Festival!

It was so nice spending the day outside, meeting new people, catching up with familiar faces, and seeing so many people come out to support our local small businesses.

I’m always grateful for the conversations, the connections, and the people who stop by to learn more about Thrivewell. So many of you have been following along and sharing your excitement for what’s ahead, and that support means so much!

A big thank you to the entire team at Village Congregational Church for putting together such a wonderful event for the community and giving so many small businesses the opportunity to be part of it. It was a beautiful day all around, and I’m so glad I got to be there!

Tomorrow’s Libra New Moon feels like an invitation to come back to myself.

I’ve spent a lot of time in this season building, holding things together, making difficult decisions, and learning some lessons I probably couldn’t have learned any other way.

And as I move through this weekend, I find myself feeling ready for something different. Not another reinvention. Not another list of things I need to fix about myself. But a willingness to release the patterns, habits, and expectations that no longer align with the life I want to live.

I’m ready to stop confusing exhaustion with productivity. To stop putting my own needs at the bottom of the list. To build the routines I’ve been wanting to build, not from a place of pressure, but from a place of care.

Libra reminds us of the importance of balance, of the relationship we have with ourselves and the space we create between what we give to the world and what we allow ourselves to receive.

And maybe that’s where this next chapter begins. Not with a grand declaration or a perfectly mapped-out plan, but with small, consistent choices that bring me back into alignment with myself.

This weekend, I’m making space to reflect on what I’m ready to leave behind and what I want to nurture moving forward. I can honor the version of me who got me here without asking her to keep carrying everything. I can be proud of how far I’ve come and still choose a different way forward.

And I can trust that becoming doesn’t always mean doing more. Sometimes, it means finally allowing yourself to do things differently.

Here’s to releasing what no longer serves, returning to what nourishes us, and finding the courage to begin again.

What are you ready to release, and what are you ready to welcome in this new moon?

It’s a busy weekend around here, and I’d love to see you along the way!

Thrivewell Hub will be open Friday from 11–6, and then at 6pm we’ll shift into something a little quieter with our Intuition Awakening Meditation. If you’ve been feeling called to slow down, get out of your head, and reconnect with that inner knowing, this is a beautiful way to spend your Friday evening. There are still tickets available if you’d like to join us. Tickets can be found in the link below.

Then Saturday, you’ll find us out at the Harvest Fair on the Whitinsville Town Common. Come say hi, shop local, wander through the fair, and enjoy everything the day has to offer.

Sunday, the Hub will be closed while I head up to Salem to help out at the Haunted Happenings Market. So I’ll be swapping Whitinsville for Salem for the day!

Three very different ways to spend the weekend, and I’m looking forward to all of it. Hope to see you somewhere along the way.

I finally sat down and tried to put into words where I am, how I got here, and why I made the decision to close the physical Thrivewell Hub.

This isn’t really a video about closing a space. It’s about what this chapter taught me, what I’ve realized along the way, and what I can finally see more clearly about where Thrivewell is going next.

There’s a lot that has happened behind the scenes that I haven’t really had the words for until now. So I sat down, hit record, and just talked.

The full conversation is about 15 minutes, and if you’ve been following Thrivewell through all of its different chapters, I think it will help put some of the pieces together. The Hub is closing, but Thrivewell is not.

In fact, I think this is the beginning of something much more aligned with what I’ve been trying to create all along. If you want to hear the full story and what’s ahead, find Thrivewell Becoming on YouTube and watch the full video. The link to the channel is in comments.

There’s something about a beautiful Monday, walking through a place where I can already feel pieces of the future beginning to take shape.

Today brought two very big meetings, and I’m walking away with that familiar feeling that something is shifting. There are conversations happening right now that I’m not quite ready to share, but I will be soon.

What I can say is that Thrivewell Becoming is starting to move into bigger rooms, wider circles, and opportunities to connect with people in ways I’ve been dreaming about for a long time.

And maybe that’s what this season is teaching me about ambition. It isn’t always about having some huge plan or knowing exactly where you’re going. Sometimes it’s simply deciding that you’re not going to sit back and wait for something to happen.

You go.

You ask.

You show up.

You make the thing happen.

There’s a lot coming for Thrivewell Becoming. And I have a feeling you’re going to start seeing it very soon.

I know I said I’d be sharing a video message to check in with you, too. I’m still going to, but I’ve realized I need a little more time with this one. There’s more emotion behind this transition than I expected, and I don’t want to rush through it just because I said I would have it done today. So I’m giving myself one more day to sit with it and share it with you in a way that feels honest.

In the meantime, I wrote you a letter. My newest Founder Letter, The Threshold, is live now. It goes much deeper into the Hub, this transition, what I experienced in Mystic, and what I’m beginning to see for Thrivewell Becoming.

And there’s a little more coming this week, too. The Season 1 finale of Becoming the Sanctuary will be out this week, Episode 20 and the final episode of this season. Then the podcast will return with a new season in the first week of December, right as this next chapter of Thrivewell begins to unfold.

It feels fitting that so many pieces are shifting at once. For now, start with the letter. The video will come tomorrow.

You can read it through the link below.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how easy it is to live somewhere other than today.

Planning what’s next. Figuring things out. Looking ahead to the version of life that’s still taking shape.

And maybe that’s why today felt so good. The Pet Rock Festival in Lancaster with Miss Charlotte, wandering around, laughing, enjoying the little things and not needing the day to be anything more than what it was.

There’s a lot changing in my life right now, and I don’t have all of it figured out. But I’m learning that I don’t need to.

Today is here. And I want to be here for it.

October is bringing Thrivewell Becoming out into the community. As I move beyond the physical Hub and into this next chapter, I’m excited to bring a curated selection of what Thrivewell is all about directly to local events and pop-ups.

Here’s where you can find me this month:

October 10 | 9 AM–3 PM
Harvest Fair Crafts & Tag Sale
Whitinville Town Common

October 18 | 12–3 PM
Sunday Funday at VIBE
An afternoon of local shopping, connection and fall fun.

October 30 & 31 | 4–9 PM
A Touch of Magick’s 6th Annual Haunted Market
195 South Main Street, Uxbridge

At each pop-up, I’ll have Thrivewell Core Philosophy, along with curated goods, household items and tools connected to the pillars of the Thrivewell Core, things chosen to help bring intention, beauty and meaning into the spaces we live in.

The storefront may be changing, but the heart of Thrivewell is still very much here. I’m looking forward to bringing pieces of it with me and seeing you out in the community this October.
