I’m born and raised in Switzerland and have found a home in Texas. I have worked and trained horses for most of my life. I love the outdoors and yoga and horses are my biggest passions. I found a way to combine all of this and create a space I call the Island Ranch. I invite you to expand your horizon and find your yoga where the sky meets the earth. I have a 200 RYT, and an advanced training in Y

in & Restorative yoga. I also have a Reiki Master Level certification. I’m certified in Equine Yoga ( EOC) Horse and yoga integration through Equine Om. I also offer Reiki to horses and pets.

One of our new summer offerings is Rest and Digest with Irene Lutz at 12:30pm on Thursdays ✨

Rest and Digest is your midday invitation to slow down, soften, and reset. Designed to support the nervous system and encourage deep release, this one-hour lunch class blends gentle movement, yin, and restorative postures to help you unwind from the pace of the day.

Expect a calming practice with moments of slow flow to ease tension and improve circulation, followed by longer-held poses that nourish the body and quiet the mind. Whether you’re stepping away from work, stress, or simply seeking a peaceful pause, Rest and Digest offers space to reconnect, recharge, and return to your day feeling more balanced and centered.

You may remember Kaayla from our Kundalini Yoga class a while back! She is a wealth of information on many health- and nutrition-related topics, and has been educating folks for many years!
