Michelle Reed — the longest standing hair stylist at Lookin Good Spa with 30 years of experience in the beauty industry! Michelle has been a cherished part of our team for years, bringing dedication, talent, and genuine care to every client she serves. She has completed numerous continuing education trainings in color, foiling, and cutting with NYC Redken Exchange and Tony & Guy. She was a platform artist for Redken for several years and is now an Aveda ambassador. She continues to grow her expertise and stay current with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.

Clients love Michelle for her warm personality, attention to detail, and ability to make everyone feel welcome and confident. Her passion for helping others look and feel their best shines through in every appointment.

Outside of the spa, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her grandbabies and family, cooking delicious meals, and relaxing with a good book.

When asked what she loves most about her work, Michelle says:
“I love building relationships with my clients and helping them feel beautiful and confident.”
