I typically want to see you back around the 2–4 week mark when appropriate for your treatment, and here's why:

By follow-up, we've had time to see how your treatment has settled. This gives me the opportunity to evaluate your results in person—not through a selfie or a DM.

💉 MAKE ADJUSTMENTS WHEN APPROPRIATE
Aesthetics isn't always “one appointment and done.” Sometimes a small adjustment may be appropriate once we've seen your final response.

We talk a lot about tox, filler, microneedling and skincare…but what’s happening inside your body can influence what you see on the outside, too.

💧 HYDRATION
When you're not adequately hydrated, your skin may look duller, drier and less plump. No serum can replace actually drinking your water. 😉

🥕 NUTRITION
Your body needs adequate protein, vitamins, minerals and essential nutrients to support normal skin function, tissue repair and collagen production.

⚖️ WEIGHT CHANGES
Significant weight loss or gain can change facial volume, proportions and how the skin sits over the underlying structures. That's one reason your aesthetic plan may need to evolve as your body changes.

😴 SLEEP
Consistently poor sleep can show up as tired-looking skin, puffiness and an overall less-rested appearance.

54 lbs down. But this transformation is about so much more than being smaller. 🤍

Yes, the number on the scale changed—but so did the way I feel walking into a room. The way I show up in pictures. The clothes I feel comfortable wearing. My energy. My confidence. And honestly, the way I carry myself in so many areas of life.
The woman on the left (A) is still the same woman on the right (B). Just happier, more confident, and able to be a more productive partner, mom, friend.

Weight loss isn’t just about losing weight.

Sometimes it’s about finding pieces of yourself again. 🥹

And THIS is exactly why I love what I do at Elevate.
