No matter the storm, the chapter, the appearance of the moment .... we are resilient beyond what we sometimes allow ourselves to believe.

I believe in you just as much as I always choose to believe in myself.

First day of a new week
First day of a new month
First morning after a full blue moon

Every moment can be a reset

Just show up .... for yourself

Whether you are making a bold new leap or just staying committed to brushing your teeth and drinking your water .... just show up

Any wonderful majikal thing can happen in any given moment and our great big beautiful lives are made up of all of these individual moments

Well good morning April!!!!

Goodness I dont know about y'all ... but even i need to be reminded of these words once in a while!!!

Reminding ourselves we always have choices can be so dang empowering!!!!!

We are not victims of external circumstances, even when sometimes the s**t storm feels so severe we forget that.

It takes a calming of the mind to see or spiritually hear the options that ARE actually right in front of us.

Perhaps just sitting outside is exactly all we need ... I know it sounds too simple ...but truly .... what have you got to lose by trying?

Go outside, sit down, breathe ....

Remember ....

you were created from a divine life force ... to be the co-creator of this beautiful life ...

We are only ever trapped by our own thoughts ...
