Within days of being named Best Med Spa in Wichita Falls in the 2026 Community’s Choice Awards, you guys showed up AGAIN & voted Taylor Caswell Aesthetics PLATINUM — Best Medical Aesthetics in the 2026 CommunityVotes Awards. 🏆 & somehow, we did it two years in a row. 😭
I’ve traveled across the country to train with some of the best in this industry because I never want to stop getting better. I want my patients to have access to the very best in medical aesthetics without having to leave home. That has always been the goal. 🩷
What makes this especially emotional is that TCA is only two years old—& it’s still just me. 🥹 What started as an idea & a really big dream is now a two-time Platinum winner AND Best Med Spa in Wichita Falls. I still can’t quite believe I get to say that.
Every consultation, treatment plan, injection, training, late-night patient text, skincare order, & tiny detail behind this business matters to me because my name is on it—& because you trust me with your faces. Every single day, someone sits down in my chair and says, “I trust you.” I will never take that lightly.
To every single person who nominated, voted, booked with me, referred a friend, or simply told someone about TCA—THANK YOU. You have no idea how much your support means to this little business or to the girl behind it.
& to think Grayson is watching it all. 🥺 I hope one day he looks back and remembers that his mom worked really hard for something she believed in—& knows he can do the same.
