🌟 May Employee Shout-Out: Makayla Williams, CNA 🌟

This month, we are proud to recognize Makayla Williams, CNA for the outstanding care, compassion, and dedication she brings to our residents every day.

Makayla consistently demonstrates all the qualities that make an exceptional CNA. She provides compassionate, resident-centered care, maintains a positive attitude, works well with her teammates, and always goes above and beyond to ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Her strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to help wherever needed do not go unnoticed.

During our recent State Survey, a surveyor personally praised Makayla for the exceptional care and professionalism she displayed. Receiving recognition from a State Surveyor is a true testament to the high standards she upholds and the pride she takes in her work.

Makayla's dedication speaks volumes, and her impact is felt throughout our facility by residents, families, and fellow staff members alike. We are incredibly blessed to have her as part of our team and grateful for the difference she makes each day.

Nursing Home Week 2026 at Swan Health officially came to an end, and we wrapped it up in the best way possible — WATER WARS and Pie in the Face! 💦🥧

It was every man for themselves during the first half of the day as staff and residents enjoyed an afternoon full of splashes, laughter, and nonstop fun outside. We followed it up with one of everyone’s favorite events — pieing your favorite staff members! Our residents couldn’t resist joining in and made sure a few pies landed right where they belonged. 😂

We truly appreciate everyone who helped make this year’s Nursing Home Week such a success. From the themed days to the games, laughter, and sweet memories made along the way, our goal was to bring joy to our residents — and this week did exactly that. ❤️

Swan Health Nursing Home Week 2026 – Twin Day 👯‍♀️

Today was all about fun, laughter, and making connections! Our “Who Is Your Twin?” day brought everyone together as we enjoyed delicious Twinkies and Twix while getting to know each other a little better.🍫
🤣We had a great time playing trivia, sharing laughs during “Would You Rather,” and learning fun facts about our twins—both staff and residents alike. It was a wonderful opportunity to bond, create memories, and celebrate the unique personalities that make our Swan Health family so special.
🥗We truly appreciate the time Solaris Hospice spent with us during Nursing Home Week! They treated our staff to an amazing baked potato bar and delicious cheesecake that definitely filled some happy bellies.💙

The positive energy, kindness, and smiles they brought meant so much to our team—we enjoyed every minute of it! We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful community partnership and are grateful for all that they do.🎉

⏳️Nursing Home Week 2026 at Swan Health 💿🎉

Today we took a trip back in time as we traveled through the decades! From the 50s to the 2000s, our facility was filled with music, memories, and nonstop good vibes. 🎶✨

Our amazing Activity Director treated everyone to delicious fried Oreos and refreshing, flavorful snow cones—bringing smiles to every face! 🍧🍪

Residents enjoyed walking down memory lane, sharing stories, laughter, and history while reflecting on how much times have changed. It was truly special to see connections being made across generations and experiences.

We’re loving every moment of Nursing Home Week and can’t wait to see what we will twin🤨 up tomorrow 🤭

🎩🐇 Nursing Home Week 2026 – Day 2: Down the Rabbit Hole! 🌸🍄

“We’re all mad here!” 💫 Today we stepped into the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland and what a magical adventure it was!

Our residents followed the White Rabbit down the rabbit hole for a day full of fun and laughter. We enjoyed delicious fried mushrooms 🍄, lively music that kept everyone smiling, and an exciting scavenger hunt searching high and low for Alice herself! 👀✨

The smiles, the curiosity, and the joy made today truly unforgettable. Around here, being a little “mad” just means we’re having the best time together! ❤️

Stay tuned… who knows where tomorrow’s journey will take us!

🎉🌸We’re kicking off Nursing Home Week 2026 in true Swan Health style—with a tropical Luau! 🌺🌴
A huge thank you to Hospice of Wichita Falls for stopping by and celebrating with us. Our residents enjoyed fresh fruits, refreshing drinks, fun rounds of bingo, and beautiful leis that brought the island vibes right into our home.

The bright colors, flowers, and festive atmosphere filled the facility with joy, laughter, and smiles all around. It was the perfect way to start an exciting week dedicated to our amazing residents and staff.

We’re already looking forward to Day 2 as we travel down the rabbit hole with Alice! 🐰🎩
