“Carbs are a runner’s best friend! Focus on carbs to fuel up before training runs and on race day, such as; bagels, bread, rice, pasta. If you’re running the half marathon, make sure to hydrate and fuel up with ~30-60 grams carbs per hour you’re on the course; gels, chews, or carb-rich liquids are good options!”
