"Before starting FP, I was dealing with chronic pain in my feet and ankles that made it difficult to walk for any significant length of time, and even standing for more than a few minutes would be painful. I was a runner for years, but had been unable to run for nearly a year before I started working with Nick due to the pain. I also had a significant diastasis recti that I had tried several different programs to heal, but had always been unsuccessful. I spent a little over a year doing weekly FP sessions with Nick, along with some group classes that he offered. I now have zero pain in my feet and ankles when walking or running, and the diastasis is almost completely closed. My posture and oral rest posture have also improved greatly as a result of FP training and I lost nearly 20 pounds. I have not returned to running regularly, because I feel that FP training is a better investment into my health and future."
