Hello friends. My partner Terri Lees and I would like to create a networking group in the area to support quality massage in our area of the state. Terri Lees has a massage practice in NE Wichita. She is a massage educator and a certified CEU provider with NCBTMC. I have a massage practice in west Wichita. We have a passion and a higher calling. Regulations are just not in the works right now but we can make a difference. How about we start a group that meets every month and share experience, techniques, passions and maybe even learn to teach massage. Update 2: week 2 of recovery, it is amazing how slow recovery can be. I am improving and I hope to be ready for clients on January 14th. I want to thank you all for the support through this time. I have always known I have wonderful clients. This little setback has reminded me how much you all mean to me outside the massage session. The prayers and check-ins are much appreciated. This is what can happen when kittens are given for free or in the hands of the wrong people. Each one painted a color with permanent markers (similar to the photo below) and used as bait for dog fights. People bet on the color of the cat who will survive the longest. This is common - and yes happens in a lot of places!
This is for public awareness and only by all of us advocating and discouraging free adoptions by ANYONE or ANY ORGANIZATION - can we make a dent in this problem.
Craigslist....etc..etc...

💉 FREE MICROCHIP & VACCINE CLINIC 🏥 Bring your cats and dogs to the Orchard Recreation Center starting at 10 AM to receive their DHPP (distemper parvo vaccine) for dogs, Bordetella vaccine for dogs, FVRCP vaccine (panleukopenia & more vaccine) for cats, rabies shots for both cats and dogs, and microchips. Kittens will need to be at least 6 weeks old, and puppies at least 2 months old. It will be a walk-up clinic, so no registration will be needed.

The clinic will be limited to the first 200 animals and will be first-come, first-serve. All dogs must be on a leash, and all cats must be in a carrier. Please have 1 handler per pet.

We want to thank Cox for sponsoring the clinic, Petco Love for providing the vaccines, our KHS staff & volunteers for helping administer the vaccines and microchips, and the City of Wichita- Government for donating the space! We're so excited and grateful for this day!

Hey there! I’m Alicia

A board certified and City of Wichita licensed massage therapist with an absolute passion to help people stay active and healthy.

With massage therapy I believe we can reset the body. We can recharge the batteries physically and mentally to become our best selves. I know we’re all busy with work, family, kids, parents, etc. and sometimes time just gets away. Before you know it you know it, it’s the weekend and you don’t remember if the dogs have been fed.

The amazing thing about the body is, it will stop you. You will be going through all your routines thinking everything is just fine and then WHAM! you get a cold or you slept through your son’s soccer game or you forgot to pick up milk from the store. The problem we all have is we don’t think of our health until we don’t have our health. Massage, even once a month, will keep you on track.
