At Inspire Health & Performance, we believe healing starts with being heard. We're Wichita's premier concussion rehabilitation clinic, and right now we're looking for someone special to join our team.

We're looking for a genuinely caring person who knows how to sit with a patient, look them in the eye, and have a real conversation — someone who listens as well as they communicate, and makes every patient feel like they truly matter. Because they do.

🧠 Role: Concussion Rehabilitation Team Member
📍 Wichita, KS
⏰ 10–15 hrs/week | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible days)
📈 Real room to grow within our organization

Here's what a day looks like:
✔ Welcoming new patients and walking them through intake
✔ Supporting documentation and functional testing
✔ Communicating with patients, families, and our care team
✔ Using technology tools (we'll train you — we just need you to be willing)

You don't need a healthcare license to apply. We're looking for Medical Assistants, CNAs, Athletic Trainers, EMTs, and PTAs — but we're also looking for great people who are ready to care, learn, and have fun doing meaningful work.

What you'll do:
• Assist with patient intake, documentation, and testing.
• Communicate with patients, families, and care teams
• Maintain professional documentation using Microsoft Office

Ideal candidates include Medical Assistants, CNAs, Certified Athletic Trainers, EMTs, Paramedics, or PTAs — though any motivated healthcare professional is encouraged to apply.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Inspire Health & Performance is Growing.

Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer Dr. Emily Kittle joins the Inspire Health & Performance Team with almost 20 years of experience in physical therapy.
Dr. Kittle graduated with her undergraduate degree in Exercises Physiology from the University of Wyoming in 2001. She graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy from Wichita State University in 2003 and then returned to school in 2006 graduating with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2008 from Marymount University.
Dr. Kittle is passionate about working with athletes and patients of all ages; getting them back to doing what they love. Her areas of focus are generalized orthopedics, sports medicine, and worker’s compensation.
