FIT Co. FIT CO is a fitness program designed on either the East or West side of Wichita. You can choose class formats that you can do with your kids or without.

ore F.I.T. doing it the right way! It doesn't matter if you have young kids, no kids or older kids there is a class format or one on one training for you and/or a F.I.T. Challenge! The classes have great women in them which leads to an amazing support system! We train with all fitness levels and ages. It is never too late to start a workout routine!!! Forever in Training!
