We will miss Shane! Congratulations on your retirement!
Some leaders leave an impact through what they accomplish. Others leave an impact through the way they make people feel. Shane Marler has done both. ๐๐
After 11 years with Mission Health, Shane, our Regional Director of Business Development in Kansas, is beginning a well-deserved retirement. While weโre excited for all that lies ahead for him, saying โsee you laterโ to someone who has meant so much to our Mission family is never easy.
Throughout his 11 years with Mission, Shane has truly embodied our CARES values in the way he leads, serves, and supports others. Whether lending a hand with a project, supporting a teammate, or simply being there when someone needs him, Shane has always made those around him feel valued and supported.
His leadership has made an incredible impact, but the friendships he has built along the way may be an even greater part of his legacy.
โIt has been an absolute privilege to work alongside Shane. His leadership, kindness, and genuine care for others have made a lasting impact on so many people, including me. Shane, thank you not only for the years of support and dedication, but for a lifelong friendship that I will always value.โ-Adrian Monroe, VP of Business Development
Shane, thank you for the many incredible years of leadership, friendship, and service to Mission Health. You will be deeply missed, but we couldnโt be happier for you as you begin this next chapter.
Happy retirement, Shane!
