In our nursing homes, Father's Day looks a little different.
It looks like a resident proudly sharing photos of his children and grandchildren.
It looks like a son visiting the man who once carried him on his shoulders.
It looks like stories told for the hundredth time—and listened to as if they were the first.
It looks like a nurse, caregiver, administrator, or maintenance director finishing a long shift before heading home to his own family.
It looks like generations of men connected by one thing: love.
Today, we celebrate the fathers who built families, served their communities, taught life's lessons, and created legacies that live on through the people they love.
And we celebrate the fathers who walk our halls each day as caregivers and leaders, bringing compassion, strength, and dignity to those entrusted to their care.
To every dad who calls our facilities home, and every dad who helps make them feel like home—we see you, we appreciate you, and we celebrate you.
Happy Father's Day. 💙
