I didn't even realize how long I've been training with rucking/weighted vest until I was asked how much weight is in my vest.

20 pounds.

I didn't start here. I've been doing this since 2018ish. I've slowly added more. I've taken breaks. I've had injuries that required scaling back, surgeries, pause, rest, reset. Over the lay two years i had to start building slowly back up.

Now I can do my run walk mash-up and feel good after.

It isn't easy. Life isn't easy.

I've learned to tune into and listen to my body, mind and energy in a way that has me feeling great afterwards.

You can do this. Take the first step. There is Strength In Every Step™.

Thank you to the Fire Fighters of Boston, the volunteers and crew that made our decent of around 250 feet safe and memorable. The views from the roof were spectacular.
