One of the many wonders I witnessed in nature during some much needed time away.
We need time in nature to help reset our nervous system. We were made to feel the wind on our face, the coolness of the grass beneath our feet, and the grounding rhythm of the natural world around us.
There is also a powerful healing quality in the sight, sound, and feel of water in nature. Sometimes the body simply needs us to slow down, step outside, and remember where we come from.

You may notice that the gluten free/ grain free tortillas will resurface for me. It has everything to do with I can not eat gluten. This is one of my bread swaps because of that.
