Here’s what I’d tell you about regulating your cycle & balancing your hormones…

and it’s probably not what you’ve been taught.

Most women are told to “fix” their hormones with supplements, restrictive diets, or complicated protocols, but your endocrine system doesn’t heal through force.

It heals through flow, nourishment, minerals, and a regulated environment inside your body.

I wanted to share the foundational pieces I teach every woman I work with, the ones that actually move the needle for PMS, irregular cycles, ovulation issues, low progesterone, painful periods, spotting, breast tenderness, and hormone-related anxiety.

✨ Support your lymphatic system
✨ Replenish minerals (HTMA = gold here)
✨ Stabilize blood sugar
✨ Support liver detox gently
✨ Reduce inflammation through nourishment
✨ Heal digestion in the right order
✨ Regulate your nervous system
✨ Track your cycle with real, embodied awareness

Your hormones WANT to be in balance.
Your body is always communicating with you and showing you what she needs, we just need to learn to understand the signals.

If you want deeper support with this work I have availability for my 1:1 Hormone Mentorship

Perfect for women wanting to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their cycles, and feel more grounded this winter.

🤍 Your body wants to heal — let’s support her.

Hormone healing can start with something as simple as a raw carrot 🥕✨

Raw carrot salad is one of my favorite simple tools for supporting:
• gut health
• detoxification
• estrogen balance
• digestion
• regular bowel movements
• inflammation + lymphatic flow

Raw carrots contain unique fibers that help bind endotoxins and excess estrogen in the gut so they can be properly eliminated from the body instead of recirculated.

They’re also rich in potassium, support healthy bile flow, feed beneficial gut bacteria, and provide beta-carotene , an important nutrient for thyroid, adrenal, immune, and reproductive health.

Because hormone balance is not just about hormones.
It is also about how well the body is able to digest, drain, detoxify, and eliminate ✨

Sometimes you don’t need to try harder. You need to look in different places.

When this client came to work with me, her periods were debilitating. She was taking pain medication for days every month just to get out of bed, dealing with overwhelming fatigue, and struggling to lose around 20 pounds despite her efforts.

Four months later, she’s waking up with more energy, has stopped relying on pain medication for her cycle, is down around 10 pounds, and is experiencing significantly less bloating.

But my favorite update? She told me she was finally able to go to work AND make it to her yoga class on her period.

That’s a big deal when your cycle has been running your life for as long as you can remember.

So, what did we actually do?

We looked at the bigger picture. Her mineral status through HTMA, blood sugar balance, nutrition, daily habits, and thyroid panel. We used that information alongside her symptoms and history to identify areas that needed attention and build a plan specific to her.

No crash dieting. No adding 15 supplements and hoping something sticks. No treating one symptom in isolation.

Just a thoughtful, step-by-step process of connecting the dots and supporting her body based on what we were seeing.

This is why I care so much about looking beyond the symptoms. Your body is giving you information, and sometimes we need to ask better questions to understand what’s going on.

If you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, struggling with your cycle, or like you’ve tried everything and still aren’t getting answers, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

**My 1:1 Hormone Mentorship is for women who are ready to understand their bodies and take a more informed, supported approach to their health.**

4 essentials for healthy lymph — from a lymphatic specialist 👇

Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a central pump like your cardiovascular system does. It relies heavily on movement, muscle contraction, breathing, hydration, and the natural movement of your tissues to keep fluid circulating.

So if you want to support healthy lymph flow, start with the basics:

🔥 Move your body. Walking, bouncing, stretching, strength training, dancing, all of it. Your muscles help move lymph through the body.

✨Breathe deeply. Your diaphragm and changes in pressure within your chest and abdomen contribute to lymph movement, which is one reason full, relaxed breathing matters.

💦 Hydrate. Lymph is largely water, so adequate fluid intake matters for maintaining healthy fluid balance throughout the body.

🌸 Touch your tissues. Breast-massage, dry brushing, and gentle lymphatic techniques can bring awareness and movement to areas that feel stagnant or congested.

And honestly? You don’t need to make this complicated.
Your lymph wants movement, breath, hydration, and circulation.

The more you understand how your body works, the more empowered you are to actually care for it.

Save this one and send it to someone who needs a little reminder to get moving. ✨

You don’t have to be a practitioner. You don’t need to already know how to do this work.

You just need to be curious about the body — and willing to get your hands in there.

This October, I’m bringing women together in Oaxaca to learn lymphatic drainage, breast massage, abdominal + pelvic work, anatomy, and the art of actually *feeling* what’s underneath your hands.

If you’ve been thinking about joining me, this might be your sign.

A few spaces left + payment plans available.

Come learn the work. We need more hands in it. 🌿

The one thing I see move the needle the most in my women’s health practice?

Consistency.

Not doing more. Not constantly changing the protocol, adding another supplement, or trying to force your body into healing faster.

It’s learning to move at the pace of your body. Slowing down enough to actually listen. Taking the pressure and expectations off what your healing “should” look like, and letting go of the temptation to measure your path against how another woman healed.

So much of the work comes back to the foundations — eating enough and often enough, drinking good water, keeping blood sugar steady, getting outside in the morning light, syncing back up with your natural circadian rhythm, getting off the screens, moving your body, sleeping, laughing, having more pleasure, more slowness, more intention.

And then doing those things again. And again. And again.

Not perfectly. Consistently.

The body doesn’t need us to push it into healing. It needs the right conditions, enough resources, and time.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is stop looking for the next thing and start giving your body more of what it has been asking for all along.

There is an ancient art to touch
learning to listen with your hands, to feel the breasts and belly, and to understand the language of the feminine body.

To know where there is tension, stagnation, holding, movement and ease. To develop the hands as a way of supporting balance, circulation and vitality.

This is the kind of hands-on knowledge I believe we need more of, especially in a world that keeps moving further away from the body.

If you’re a practitioner and want to deepen your skills in lymphatic drainage, breast massage and abdominal work, join me in Oaxaca this October for my FLOW Practitioner Training.

8 days of hands-on learning, anatomy, lymphatic care, breast health, abdominal + womb massage, and learning to truly feel what is underneath your hands.

Payment plans are available. If you’ve been thinking about it, come learn this work with me. 🌿

What if breast care wasn’t about fear?

What if, instead of anxiously searching for something wrong, we learned to actually **know our breasts**

how they feel, how they change, and what they’re telling us?

Touching our tissue regularly can be a practice of body literacy, self-love, nervous system regulation, and connection. It gives us a reference point for what’s normal *for us* and helps us become more active participants in our own healthcare.

And when you understand how hormones, lymph, your cycle, and even things like breast density influence how your tissue feels, suddenly your breasts become a lot less mysterious.

Want to learn how to put language to what you’re feeling? Want to understand what your doctor means when they tell you you have dense breast tissue?

💌 Comment FLOW below and I’ll show you how to join the breast health revolution and become an active participant in your own care.
