Working from a live model, students will explore Ramos’ approach to portraiture through demonstrations, hands-on painting, and one-on-one instruction. Covering everything from color mixing and brush handling to light, structure, and tonal abstraction, the workshop is designed to deepen your understanding of what gives oil portraits their depth, luminosity, and lasting presence.

October 5–9. Beginners are welcome, though prior drawing experience is recommended.
