As summer approaches, we can feel that rhythm shift. Schedules open up, travel begins, routines loosen, and energy starts flowing in different directions. So, like we do each year, we are making a few thoughtful adjustments to the class schedule to meet the season we are in.
Our Summer Schedule is now updated in MindBody and reflects the changes ahead. We are consolidating a few classes, shifting our early morning offerings, teachers have moved around, new teachers have arrived and a new a few new class types are ready to try.
Yoga for Healthy Aging w/ Bunkie Monday 12pm
This non-heated class blends gentle strength-building yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, and fascia release techniques to support mobility, ease tension, and promote overall well-being. Improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, support joint health, enhance balance, and encourage healthier movement patterns.
Sculpt & Stretch w/ Rhiannon Tuesdays 10am
This energizing, low-impact full-body practice blends elements of yoga, Pilates, and functional strength training to build strength, stability, flexibility, and endurance without strain on the joints. Expect upbeat music, a thoughtful warm-up, standing exercises for the upper and lower body using light weights, core-focused mat work, and a grounding stretch to help the body release tension and recover.
Sunrise Yoga w/ Amanda Wednesday 6:30am
Expect a thoughtful practice centered around the principles of yoga and inspiring messages woven in, designed and tailored to who showes up. Hands on adjustments to deepen postures. Open to all levels.
