Lisa our Chiropractic Assistant found this praying mantis hanging out on our building today. In many traditions, seeing a mantis is a sign to slow down, practice mindfulness, and find stillness. Healing happens when we allow our nervous system to drop out of ‘fight or flight’ and into a state of rest. Consider this your sign to take a deep breath, release your shoulders, and check in with your body.

⚾️ It’s one of our favorite times of year in Williamsport There’s nothing quite like seeing our hometown welcome players, families, and fans from all over the world for the Little League World Series. ❤️

Watching these young athletes is a pretty great reminder ⭐️ to keep moving, take care of your body, and keep doing the things you love.

❤️Today, Dr. Solley and Ammie are celebrating 34 years of marriage!

From building Solley Health First Chiropractic together to raising a family and everything in between, they’ve spent the last 34 years side by side – as partners and best friends.

If you’ve been part of the Solley Health First family over the years, you know just how much of this practice has been built around family, relationships, and genuinely caring for the people around us.

There are people who work in a business… and then there are people who become part of its backbone.

KL is that person for us.

She keeps us organized, keeps us moving, solves problems before most of us even know they exist, and somehow manages the personalities, chaos, patients, schedules—and doctors—with a smile.

But what I appreciate most isn’t what she does. It’s who she is.

🏈 Back to school = back to busy schedules.

Sports, marching band, practices, heavy backpacks… kids are jumping right back into a lot of activity.

As they get back into their routines, keep an eye out for soreness that sticks around, tightness after practice, or neck, back and shoulder discomfort. A little soreness can be normal. But if something keeps bothering them, it may be worth getting checked out.

Monday is a good day to get back into your routine. You don’t have to make huge changes all at once. Just keep showing up, taking care of yourself, and making a little progress each week. 6 months of those small decisions can make a pretty big difference.
