Hello my friends!

Here's another Asian Womb Noodle that is super easy to make & hella enjoyable~

Ingredients:
Udon noodles
Mixed sea vegetables
Maitake Mushrooms
Egg
Garlic
Coconut aminos
Coconut oil and/or ghee
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper
Five spice powder
Ginger powder

🔸Cook noodles separately for 4 mins, drain & rinse with cold water
🔸Cook mushrooms with coconut oil or ghee and salt & pepper until brown & crispy
🔸Combine noodles with mushrooms
🔸Add coconut aminos, spices, garlic, and mixed sea veggies
🔸Once aroma is poppin', add egg to stir fry

& complete!

Mushrooms, sea weeds, and Udon (wheat) are all really good foods for Menstruation. They fill you up with minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and balance hormones.

Guys, you can enjoy this too, of course! Just with a different intention.

This meal is also very balancing for Vata Dosha due to the Earthy, grounding nature of the Udon noodles & mushrooms.

Today we have our first New Moon of the year conveniently falling right at the beginning, making it a perfect time to set loving intentions for this month and the year ahead.

Capricorn is a sign that is focused and disciplined, making this time full of the Earth-driven power to begin actually taking the steps to do what is we want to set out accomplish in the coming months.

Mercury also moved into Aquarius today, bringing an eclectic and intellectual flavor to the way we think & communicate.

Remember to really feel the outcome of your intentions & goals in your body & in your heart to get out of the head space to truly make manifest.
