Chicken Avocado Wraps for Quick Summer Lunches

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, sliced
4 large flour tortillas
2 avocados, mashed
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 red onion, sliced
2 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
In a small bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and cilantro.
Warm the tortillas slightly so they fold easily.
Spread the avocado mixture over each tortilla.
Layer with sliced chicken, shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, ranch dressing, shredded cheese, and red onion.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps.
Slice in half and serve right away, or wrap tightly and chill for an easy lunch.
