I've always joked that I didn't exactly "pick my parents well" when it came to genetics. 😅

For years I battled the family legacy — weight issues, stubborn blood sugar creeps, climbing cholesterol, annoying GI problems.

But when my labs came back in December 2025, I was crushed.

My internal biochemistry was screaming for a massive shift.

I knew I couldn't habit-change my way out of a genetic baseline.
