You say you want to build muscle.

But are your eating habits actually supporting that goal?

Because wanting glutes while skipping protein isn’t it.

Wanting shoulders while eating as little as possible isn’t it.

Wanting to look strong while being afraid to fuel your body isn’t it.

I see this all the time.

Women tell me they want to look like they lift.

Then they show me a food log that looks like they’re preparing for a weight-loss challenge.

You cannot build a muscular physique on diet culture habits.

At some point, you have to stop asking:

“How little can I eat?”

And start asking:

“What do I need to eat to support the physique I want?”

If your goal is to look strong, your nutrition needs to reflect that goal.

Muscle requires fuel.

Protein matters.

And eating more isn’t the problem for most women trying to build muscle.

The problem is they’re still eating for the body they don’t want anymore.

Which slide hit a little too close to home? 👀

Five years ago, I needed a band to do pull-ups.

Today, I did 12.

The difference?

I stopped looking at strong women and thinking, “Wow, she’s impressive.”

And started thinking, “Why can’t that be me?”

I remember watching women do weighted pull-ups and realizing they weren’t born stronger than me.

They had simply learned how to get stronger.

So I did the same.

The truth is, most women spend their lives trying to take up less space.

Eat less.
Weigh less.
Be smaller.

I wanted something different.

I wanted to be strong.

I wanted to look like I lift.

I wanted to become the woman who inspired me.

And somewhere along the way, I stopped focusing on what my body looked like and started focusing on what it could do.

That’s when everything changed.

The women you admire aren’t proof that you can’t.

They’re proof that you can.

If you’re a woman who’s done trying to be smaller and ready to become stronger, like this post and follow me. I help women build muscle, confidence, and the kind of strength that changes how they show up in every area of their lives.

And tell me: what’s something you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t believed was possible for you?

29 pounds down in 4 months.

But that’s not what I’m most proud of.

When C started, she was surviving on coffee, a banana, and the belief that eating less was the answer.

Now she’s eating four meals a day, training with purpose, building strength, and showing up with a confidence that has nothing to do with a number on the scale.

The weight loss is impressive.

The mindset shift is life-changing.

She stopped trying to become smaller and started becoming stronger.

And somewhere along the way, she stopped hiding and started feeling like herself again.

That’s the real transformation.

If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of eating less, doing more cardio, and wondering why you still don’t feel good in your own skin, send me a DM with the word READY and I'll share more with you about how you can get the transformation you're after too.

I’m spending a few days in Florida with my best friend and her family, and we spent the afternoon out on the boat.

At one point, I climbed up onto the bow, struck a ridiculous pose in my bikini, and we all laughed.

It was fun.

And that’s what stood out to me.

Not the pose.
Not the bikini.
Not the photos.

The fact that I wasn’t worried about any of it.

Now, don’t get me wrong. I absolutely care about aesthetics. I’m a bodybuilder. I work hard for my physique, and I’m proud of it.

But there was a time when a day like this would have looked very different.

I would’ve been wondering how I looked in every photo.
Adjusting my swimsuit.
Thinking about angles.
Feeling uncomfortable in my own skin.

Instead, I got to focus on what actually mattered.

Spending time with people I love.
Laughing until my stomach hurt.
Making memories.

That’s one of the most underrated benefits of taking care of yourself.

The physique is great.

The confidence that comes with it is even better.

Because when you feel good in your own skin, you stop making every moment about how you look and start enjoying the people you’re sharing it with.

Hot girl summer?

It’s not motivation.

It’s not consistency.

And it’s definitely not waiting until you feel like it.

You don’t build a successful career based on your feelings.

You show up.

You brush your teeth even when you’re exhausted.

You grocery shop even when you’d rather order takeout.

You handle responsibilities because that’s what adults do.

So why is your fitness the one area of your life still being run by your mood?

You make it to the gym.

But you’re guessing.

Doing random workouts.

Starting over every Monday.

Wondering why your body still looks the same.

The women getting results aren’t more motivated than you.

They have a plan.

And they follow it.

You’re done looking like you “kind of” work out.

You’re ready to look like you train.

If you’re a successful woman who is tired of guessing and ready for a proven roadmap, send me the word STRONG and let’s talk about what your next 6 months could look like.

06/06/2026

You did everything they told you to do.

Eat less.
Move more.
Be smaller.

So why do you feel worse than ever?

Why are you exhausted?
Why does your body feel harder to change than it used to?
Why do you look in the mirror and feel disconnected from the woman staring back?

That was me too.

Eating less got me smaller.

It also wrecked my hormones.
Crashed my metabolism.
Drained every bit of energy I had.

I thought I needed more discipline.

What I actually needed was a different approach.

Training with intention.
Fueling my body properly.
And addressing my hormones with HRT.

Nobody talks about that last part enough.

Because the goal was never just weight loss.

The goal was getting myself back.

The woman who walks into a room with confidence.
The woman who has energy for her career, her family, and herself.
The woman who isn’t trying to disappear.

When everything finally started working together, something shifted.

I got stronger.
I got more energy.
I felt happier.
I showed up differently.

And people noticed.

Not just my body.

Me.

That’s the transformation nobody puts in a before-and-after photo.

Everyone wants to talk about peptides, fat burners, detoxes, and the newest thing that’s supposed to change their life.

Nobody wants to talk about the fact that they’re eating 57 grams of protein, training twice a month, and wondering why nothing is changing.

You don’t need another shortcut.

You need to master the fundamentals long enough to earn the result.

The women who build strong, athletic, confident bodies aren’t relying on luck.

They’re hitting their protein.
They’re lifting.
They’re recovering.
They’re showing up when it’s inconvenient.

Not because it’s exciting.

Because it works.

If you’re the woman willing to do the work, stop looking for hacks and start looking for a system.

You’re not here to be smaller.
You’re here to be built. 💪🏼💪🏼 Like and follow along.
