There’s a moment in every story where the hero sees what’s possible.
For me, it was watching my coach crank out weighted pull-ups and thinking, I want to do that.
That single moment changed the trajectory of my life.
I stopped chasing what other people looked like and started chasing what I was capable of.
One goal turned into another.
Weighted pull-ups turned into building muscle.
Building muscle turned into bodybuilding.
And now I’m chasing a pro card.
The last six years haven’t been easy. There have been setbacks, losses, challenges, and plenty of moments where quitting would’ve been easier.
But that’s the thing about being the hero in your own story.
You don’t become her because the journey was easy.
You become her because you kept showing up when it wasn’t.
Today, I’m not trying to look like someone else.
I genuinely love the woman I’ve become.
And that makes every hardship worth it. Be the hero in your own story. Be your own muse. 💪🏼💪🏼
