Can't commit to the 7 week session? Try one of our drop-in classes!

We have special drop-in spots reserved in the classes below. No need to contact us, just show up! Doors open 10-15 minutes prior to class.

Session 4: Sept 14-Oct 30
Drop-in fee: $14 cash/check/Cash App/Venmo, $15 Paypal (includes service & transaction fees)

-Mondays @ 10:30-11:30 am, Blissful Backs with Juli
-Mondays @ 5:30-6:30 pm. PiYo Fusion with Veronica
-Tuesdays @ 6-7 pm, Slow Flow with Kennede
-Wednesdays @ 10:30-11:30 am, Blissful Backs with Vickie
-Wednesdays @ 5:30-6:30 pm, Stability & Strength with Vickie
-Thursdays @ 7:30-8:30 pm, Blissful Restorative with Juli
-Fridays @ 5:30-6:30 pm, Tune-In + Restore with Veronica
