I love this because it’s a great reminder that what you see online claiming to be lymphatic drainage and what clinical lymphatic drainage actually is, are two very different things. Almost every video I see does not follow the lymphatic pathway, which means that it is not going to be effective. Lymphatic drainage is slow, gentle and rhythmic movement, it is repetitive, it is very relaxing and it is incredibly powerful work.
