I am a student of herbalism, druidry, and wise-woman ways. Professionally trained in Ayurveda as well as the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, I have been at the Ayurvedic Center for over 10 years. I am most passionate about supporting women heal painful or irregular menstrual cycles, learn fertility awareness and call in conscious conception.⁠

I take the most practical, useful tools from these authentic sources and guide women in applying them to their lives through individual consultations and women’s health trainings. I believe it’s most important to empower women with tools for their own self healing.⁠

I practice what I preach, teaching from the wisdom traditions of Ayurveda and Mayan medicine, as well as from my own experiences through the transition from maiden to mother, from healing my own painful cycles, pregnancies, births, postpartum and beyond.⁠

There’s a moment in Shirodhara when the mind softens, the nervous system exhales, and something deeper begins to restore.

This is one of Ayurveda’s most iconic and powerful therapies. A steady stream of warm oil poured across the forehead, guiding the body into profound rest and recalibration. Simple in appearance, deeply precise in practice.

Over this 3 day training, you will learn how to offer Shirodhara as both a stand alone treatment and an add on to your existing work. Through giving, receiving, and observing, you’ll build the confidence and skill to bring this medicine into your hands.

The birth of a child is one of the most powerful and life-changing events in a woman’s life, and the care she receives during the immediate postpartum window can set her up for faster healing, easier mothering, and long-lasting well-being. ⁠
⁠
During this training you will learn about the postpartum phase through the lens and language of Ayurveda, while receiving training in traditional postpartum care practices, balanced with practical understanding for modern women.⁠
⁠
The Sacred Window of postpartum is considered to be 42 days, and it is said that how the woman receives care in those early days sets her up for the next 42 years of health. It is time for us to take back postpartum; to learn how to rest deeply, receive nourishment, and experience the power of being present.⁠
