Have you ever wondered how your family got to be the way they are? Or questioned why you feel or think in certain ways, yet struggle to fully understand or release the painful patterns?

Research now shows that trauma experienced by past generations can be passed down through the bloodline, affecting you mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. You may be carrying inherited codes that can be triggered, shaping your emotions, thoughts, and even the choices you make.

I invite you to pause for a moment of reflection.
