During these very difficult times I am more aware of sensations in my body. How deep am I breathing? How long is my exhalation? Am I resting my eyes? Do I feel adequately hydrated? Using nature around me as a positive reminder of awareness to reset is a blessing. I can notice the colors, new life, temp of air, quality of the breeze. Thank you times 1000.
