🌼 Spring Into Better Sleep 🌼
Longer days are coming — but you shouldn’t feel exhausted!
Now is the perfect time to prioritize your sleep health.
If bedtime was rough…
If your child woke up extra early…
If everyone feels a little off today…
That lost hour can throw off even the best sleepers.
The good news? You can reset faster than you think.
Here’s what to do starting TODAY:
✅ Anchor the morning.
Wake your child at their normal clock time (even if the night felt messy) and get bright light within 30 minutes. Sunlight is the fastest way to reset the body clock.
✅ Stick to the schedule.
Keep naps and bedtime at their usual clock times. Consistency helps the internal clock catch up within a few days.
✅ Watch for overtired cues.
You may need bedtime 15–30 minutes earlier for a couple of nights. Overtired kids have a harder time adjusting.
✅ Protect tonight’s routine.
Keep it calm, predictable, and screen-free before bed. Familiar cues = faster regulation.
If sleep continues to be a struggle, we’re here to help.

👉🏼 Straps stretch out, losing elasticity — resulting in over-tightening.

Why Sleep? Jarad's Passion to Start Sleep Center of Willmar
When I was a sleep tech in Des Moines, Iowa, I worked with a woman who had struggled with sleep and had a history of anxiety and depression for many years.
During her sleep study, we discovered that she had severe sleep apnea. We set her up with a CPAP device and she slept with it for about three hours.
When she woke up, she told me that was the best sleep she had gotten in 20+ years. Her response was an emotional one and she gave me a big hug.
Truth is I’m not a hugger — but I will always remember her story.
This is where my passion for sleep started and why I eventually opened the Sleep Center of Willmar.
My team and I have the privilege to be a part of so many people’s stories to finding better, quality sleep. What we do can truly change a life, not only in one night, but have that lifelong impact.
