I love this quote and I find it to be so true. Whenever I am feeling melancholy or discordant in someway, I always can recognize that it’s coming from inside of me. I’m attaching it to things outside of me, but if I am honest with myself, I know where it’s coming from.

Willow Reiki and aromatherapy will be at Arabica coffee house at 4138 Erie St. in historic downtown Willoughby. This Wednesday evening from 4 o’clock till 8 o’clock. Yep that’s right. Tip for the week.
 Arnica can be used for osteoarthritis and to reduce pain and bruising. Blended into a cream or carrier oil to apply. It’s also suggested for patients undergoing surgery. Use on the surgical area three days prior to surgery and for two weeks after to reduce swelling and speed healing. Arnica is a tincture not an essential oil so you can make your blend fairly strong. I would suggest at 10% strength that’s 180 drops to 1 ounce of carrier cream or oil. Please contact me if you have any questions or need supplies to make your blend. You can also order the product from me if you prefer not to make your own.

I thought this particular product was worth sharing. This series of 7 chakra sprays are formulated to support each of the respective chakras.
