…but then suddenly you’re awake at 2 or 3am for no obvious reason.

Your mind starts going.
You feel hot, restless, itchy… or just “on.”

And the frustrating part?

It can feel completely random.

I remember how exhausting it was to keep trying to eat the “right” things and still end up feeling sick.

When my histamine bucket was full, even foods that were usually fine could feel off-limits. That’s what made it so confusing. It wasn’t always about the food itself. Sometimes it was about how much my body was already carrying.

That was a big shift for me.

It turns out it wasn’t about more restriction. It was about lowering the load in the right way so my body could settle.

That’s why I created my Low-Histamine Diet Starter Plan.
