These client testimonials light me up ✨

It makes me so happy and so proud when someone is able to overcome and achieve something they have put their effort and mind to. 🔥

But what is my favorite is when someone who wasn’t eating a lot to begin with, has overcome their fear of carbs (and calories in general) and winds up eating MORE AND losing weight (if thats their goal) in the process.

THAT makes me one of the happiest humans and Dietitians :’)

Because I know that it’s not an overnight “switch”

It takes TIME to un-learn all of our previous habits and behaviors

So the fact that, by the end of someone’s time with PBN, they are able to completely change/heal their relationship with food and thoroughly enjoy eating more in the process is just incredible.🥹

A whole dang YEAR. 🥳

365+ days of working on herself and while it hasn’t been easy (nothing worth having is, right?) Peggy has absolutely KILLED it and I couldn’t be more proud 🔥

From under eating to now eating 400-500 MORE calories she isn’t fearing carbs anymore and sees food as her friend, not her enemy🥹

She is continuing to get stronger by the day and just WOW- she is seriously an inspiration.

Did I mention her workouts have all been at home too? 😜

She definitely balances a lot- including a family and her job- and now has found her balance with what foods fuel her best☺️

She truly does it all🤩

It’s never too late to put yourself first and focus on YOU. ❤️

If you know me, you know that I will talk all things p**p and make SURE you are going consistently or we will get down to the root of why you may not be going regularly.

Listen, p**ping is important okay?

If you read through this post and realize “sh*t I may not be going everyday..” or “I’ve been constipated for a week” then I encourage you to look at your fiber and water intake as well as caloric intake to see what can be fixed there.

If it’s serious, I recommend you talk to your doctor and see a GI doc.

Being constipated is NOT normal nor is always feeling bloated.

Those could both be signs of a deeper issue.

Always always always get down to the ROOT cause. 💩

FIBER👏🏻

One of the most important things we need in order to have consistent and normal bowel movements.

If you know me, you know I could talk about this all day because of how important it is..

But I’ll save that for another post 😉

Be sure to eat a variety of soluble and insoluble fibrous foods and get plenty of water so you’re able to have those daily bowel movements and stay healthy :)
