Before you come for me… most of these aren’t foods I’d never eat. They’re foods I wouldn’t eat by themselves.

The goal with PCOS isn’t avoiding carbs—it’s creating balanced meals that support stable blood sugar, hormones, energy, and cravings.

A lot of “healthy” foods can still send blood sugar on a roller coaster when eaten alone. The simple fix? Pair them with protein, healthy fats, and fiber.

Remember: it’s not always what you eat—it’s often what you eat it with.

If any of these shocked you, or you just want to learn more about what the heck you actually should be eating….

There was a season where my camera roll looked happy…
but behind these photos I was struggling with panic attacks, fear, obsessive thoughts, and exhaustion.

Social media can make it look like everyone is thriving while quietly falling apart inside.

As a functional health practitioner, I absolutely believe physical healing matters. I’ve seen how much the body impacts the mind. But I also learned something deeper:

You can “look healthy,” eat clean, work hard, smile in photos… and still feel completely trapped internally.

For me, healing wasn’t just physical.
Jesus saved me in places protocols, routines, and striving never could.

He met me in the fear.
He met me in the spiraling thoughts.
He met me in the exhaustion of trying to hold everything together.

This post isn’t to shame social media — it’s just a reminder that photos rarely tell the full story.

And if you’re silently struggling right now: you are not alone, and your hardest season may be the very place God begins transforming you most deeply 🤍

You can know exactly what to eat…
and still feel stuck.

Because most nutrition advice only gives you more information.
More rules.
More pressure.
More things to “fix.”

But lasting change doesn’t happen when you memorize another meal plan.

It happens when you start seeing yourself differently.

That’s when things begin to shift.

Not just your symptoms.
Not just your habits.
But you.

And that’s exactly what I’ve been quietly creating behind the scenes 👀🤍

Something deeper than nutrition tips.
Something that helps you become the kind of woman who feels grounded, nourished, and confident in her body again.

The waitlist will be opening soon… and the women inside are going to get first access + special bonuses.

Hot take: your body probably isn’t the problem.

The problem is that you’re trying to heal it with advice that was never made for you.

One week, you’re told to cut something out.
The next, you’re told it’s exactly what your body needs.

So you keep adjusting. Restricting. Adding supplements. Changing your routine. Starting over.

And somehow, you still feel bloated, exhausted, inflamed, anxious, stuck, or completely disconnected from your body.

Not because you’re doing everything wrong.

But because you’re following random pieces of advice without understanding what your body is actually trying to tell you.

Your symptoms have context.
Your cravings have context.
Your energy crashes, digestion, mood, cycle, skin, and weight changes all tell a story.

And when you stop chasing every trend and start learning how to read your body’s signals, everything changes.

This is exactly why I created Becoming the Nourished Woman.

Not another strict plan.
Not another list of rules.
Not another “just do this” approach.

But a way to finally connect the dots and understand what your body has been trying to communicate all along.

Because your body isn’t confused.

The advice you’re following is.

Comment WAITLIST to be the first to know about the new product I’m offering that will teach you how to grocery shop and eat healthy without the overwhelm! 😌😌

When I used to go grocery shopping, I didn’t know what the heckkkk to get.

One person would tell me eggs are bad, one person would say they are packed with nutrients.

This created so much overwhelm, and because of that, most of the time I would just resort to eating whatever I wanted, which left me feeling shameful and with an imbalanced gut.

Learning what to eat and how to eat shouldn’t be complicated, if this is something you struggle with, comment WAITLIST to be the first to know about a product that will finally make you feel confident when it comes to nutrition.

Eating more vegetables won’t fix a gut that’s struggling to digest them.

And I know that might sound strange, especially when you’ve been told that feeling better means eating cleaner, adding more greens, cutting out processed foods, and being more disciplined.

But healthy food can only support you if your body is actually able to break it down, absorb it, and use it.

This is the part so many women miss.

You can be eating whole foods, protein, vegetables, and doing “everything right”…

But if your stomach acid is low, your gut lining is compromised, or your microbiome is imbalanced, those healthy foods may still leave you feeling bloated, heavy, exhausted, foggy, inflamed, or frustrated.

And then you start blaming yourself.

You think you need to cut out more foods.
You think you need to be stricter.
You think your body is just difficult.

But maybe your body isn’t asking for more restriction.

Maybe it’s asking for support.

This is why I always come back to this:

Digestion before restriction.

Because the goal isn’t to fear food.
The goal is to understand why your body is reacting the way it is.

If you’ve been eating clean but still feeling terrible, there may be a deeper layer to explore.

If this is resonating, this is exactly the deeper layer we’ll be exploring inside Becoming The Nourished Woman.

A space for the woman who’s tired of guessing, tired of cutting out more foods, and ready to understand what her body has actually been trying to communicate.

📩 DM me WAITLIST if you want to be the first to know when it opens.

Your body doesn’t need another food rule.
It needs support, clarity, and a path back to nourishment.
