Eating more vegetables won’t fix a gut that’s struggling to digest them.
And I know that might sound strange, especially when you’ve been told that feeling better means eating cleaner, adding more greens, cutting out processed foods, and being more disciplined.
But healthy food can only support you if your body is actually able to break it down, absorb it, and use it.
This is the part so many women miss.
You can be eating whole foods, protein, vegetables, and doing “everything right”…
But if your stomach acid is low, your gut lining is compromised, or your microbiome is imbalanced, those healthy foods may still leave you feeling bloated, heavy, exhausted, foggy, inflamed, or frustrated.
And then you start blaming yourself.
You think you need to cut out more foods.
You think you need to be stricter.
You think your body is just difficult.
But maybe your body isn’t asking for more restriction.
Maybe it’s asking for support.
This is why I always come back to this:
Digestion before restriction.
Because the goal isn’t to fear food.
The goal is to understand why your body is reacting the way it is.
If you’ve been eating clean but still feeling terrible, there may be a deeper layer to explore.
If this is resonating, this is exactly the deeper layer we’ll be exploring inside Becoming The Nourished Woman.
A space for the woman who’s tired of guessing, tired of cutting out more foods, and ready to understand what her body has actually been trying to communicate.

Your body doesn’t need another food rule.
It needs support, clarity, and a path back to nourishment.
