Coming back to this page feels like coming back to this space, and in many ways, coming back to myself authentically. As a Reiki Master, a medium, a crystal healer, and an energy intuitive, these parts of me have never truly existed separately. They are different expressions of the same relationship I have with energy, consciousness, healing, and the deeper intelligence moving beneath what we can immediately see or explain.

Lately, I have felt connected to the earth in a way I have never known before. There is a steadiness underneath me that feels deeper than simply being grounded, almost as though my awareness has begun extending beyond the physical boundaries of my body and remembering that I am part of something much larger. I have been working with my earth star energy, but what I am experiencing feels less like a chakra practice and more like a profound recognition of connection.

I am becoming increasingly aware of where my energy lives, where I send it, and how often I have unconsciously allowed it to remain in people, circumstances, memories, and possibilities long after those things stopped nourishing me. There is something powerful about gathering yourself back. The more present I become within my own energetic field, the easier it is to recognize what feels coherent with me and what requires me to move away from myself in order to maintain it.

Healing has become much more honest through that awareness. I once thought healing would eventually make me less complicated, less emotional, or somehow less affected by everything I have lived through. I understand it differently now. Healing is not the eradication of the parts of ourselves that hurt; it is the integration of them into a larger understanding of who we are.

Wholeness does not require polish. It allows grief and joy, certainty and confusion, strength and tenderness to occupy the same human being without declaring any one of them evidence that we are failing. I can still be unraveling something and remain whole while I do it. I can be messy, deeply affected, beautifully human, and still belong completely to myself.

That understanding has changed the way I think about love too. Wanting to be loved in the way you actually need to experience love is never too much to ask. There is an enormous difference between intellectually understanding that someone loves you and feeling that love register in your body through presence, affection, communication, reciprocity, effort, and emotional safety.

For a long time, I thought loving another person deeply meant becoming increasingly flexible about what I needed. I am learning that loving myself deeply asks for something very different. It asks me to become more discerning about what nourishes me, what depletes me, what allows me to expand, and what my energy has already understood long before my mind finds language for it.

There is wisdom in that knowing. I am learning to respect the subtle contraction in my body, the inexplicable sense of openness around certain people, the internal quiet that accompanies something true, and the discomfort that appears when I am trying to convince myself to accept something my deeper self has already answered. The work is becoming less about searching for answers and more about becoming quiet enough to recognize the ones already living within me.

Coming back to myself means trusting that intelligence again. I can love deeply without disappearing inside of love, and I can remain compassionate without abandoning my own needs to make another person comfortable. I can be unfinished and completely whole at the same time.

This is what I want this space to become: a place for energy, intuition, Reiki, crystals, mediumship, healing, curiosity, and the deeper work of learning how to inhabit ourselves more completely. Come as you are, with everything you know, everything you are still learning, and every part of yourself that is finding its way back into alignment.

Before you move on, breathe deeply and bring your awareness down into the soles of your feet. Pay attention to the actual sensation of your feet against the earth beneath you. Feel the pressure of your weight, the places making contact, the temperature beneath your skin, and the unmistakable physical boundary between you and the ground. Stay with that sensation for several breaths until your attention is completely there.

Then shift your awareness past that boundary. Take the sensation you feel at the soles of your feet and begin to push your awareness of it downward into the earth. Let the feeling move beyond your skin, beyond the place where your physical body ends, and into the ground beneath you. Follow it slowly, without needing to visualize anything or manufacture an experience. Simply allow your awareness to move with the sensation.

Continue moving it deeper with each breath until you feel yourself begin to settle. Notice what happens when your awareness is no longer concentrated entirely inside your physical body, but connected to something steady beneath it. Allow yourself to become heavier, quieter, and more present while the earth holds some of what you have been carrying and your own energy gathers closer around you.

Stay there for a few breaths and experience what it feels like to be completely here, connected to the earth without leaving yourself in the process. Then ask quietly, What do I know when I become still enough to feel it? Give yourself enough silence to hear the answer in whatever way it chooses to arrive.
