A little series: Roadside Witchery! Here ive found an abundance of Frost aster (Symphotrichum Pilosum, or Starwort). This is a wild pollinator heaven that thrives in difficult and nearly unlivable circumstances. it is a great flower to use in ward magick, creating boundaries and ridding yourself of negative or malicious energy.
the Greek name for Star is the basis for Aster, ans mythology suggests the family of Aster bloomed where stardust fell or where the goddess Astraea wept.

Because of its hardy roots and ability to thrive in harsh dirt, the roots or tough stems make excellent additions to spell jars for resilience, enduring difficult life transitions or finding the courage to bloom after heavy loss.

MAY THE 4TH BE WITH YOU, and long live Dark Star! Today we turn ✨️5✨️ and the party has just begun. We started where a single box would be game changing, and now.. pallets of material is the norm AND we have one of the best rotating inventories possible!
Beginning from a FB VIP group and growing to a large, thriving community online and in Wilmington, Dark Star is still evolving. Can't stop, wont stop!
Thank you to every single person that has been a part of this journey, our amazing clients, the people i mentor, or even if its just saying hello in person -- THANK YOU. Without you, Dark Star would not be what it is today, or what it is growing into tomorrow.

I love you all! Thank you for sharing this journey. Hold on to your pantaloons, the ride has just begun.

This was one of the most fun days ive had in a long time. Sunday we spent the day in Oxford, NC at and truly felt welcome! The food was incredible (Sheila's meat pies were insanely good), bought some goodies and trinkets, learned a lot and wrapped ourselves in the Norse and Viking experience. I met the owner and a bunch of his family and got to express my gratitude for such a cool event! this is a MUST ATTEND!
