Artisanal Vanilla extracts from Indonesia and Uganda, vanilla paste, and vanilla finishing salt. Perfect for fall baking.

Spearmint extract, Ceylon Cinnamon extract. All handmade on our farmstead.

Elderberry Syrup as well as Elderberry Syrup Kits if you want to make your own. Elder cider, all the goodness of Fire cider with the added immunity boost of Elderberry. All organic elderberry, from our farmstead. Flu season is coming, are you prepared?

As always we will have offerings of jams, jellies and other handmade items. Along with the always delicious freeze dried candies.

Can't wait to see everyone at the Plainfield Farmers Market tomorrow.
We will have organic cabbage varieties, red and filderkraut, which is a German variety that is great for all uses and for those that want to try their hand at sauerkraut.
We will also have organic; jalapeños, Hungarian hot wax, and Serrano peppers. Some patty pan squash and some large black zucchini which is perfect for breads, cobblers and all around cooking.
New jams and jellies include; Corn on the Cob, Triple Berry, Huckleberry, Strawberry Jalapeño, and Blueberry Strawberry.
As always we will have plenty of freeze dried candies and fruit.
