The constant snacking is keeping you in fat storage mode…..

When I was in the middle of perimenopause, I was doing everything I thought was “right”
eating healthy…..exercising and still dealt with weight gain, constant hunger especially in the afternoon & evening, poor sleep, and energy crashes.

What I didn’t realize at the time?
My blood sugar was all over the place. And that one thing was driving almost everything. And here’s the part most women miss…it’s not just about eating enough protein. It’s about when you eat, what you eat, and how much you eat that determines whether your body stores fat… or burns it.
