Yoga, Massage, and natural, bodywork, therapies are still widely practiced today and can be found in almost every culture around the world. Both Yoga and Massage are also showing up more in healthcare fields and even individual testimonies.
Together these two ancient "sister sciences" can create a powerful, synergistic affect on the mind and body when combined together.
Some of the benefits Yoga and Massage has to offer include:
✔Stress Reduction
✔Muscle and Pain Relief
✔Increased Circulation
✔Deep Relaxation
✔Improved Posture
✔Increased Energy & Vitality

Adding the natural and primal elements of HOTSTONES can add to the amazing benefits of Yoga, massage, and bodywork! The heat of the stones allow for a much deeper, more relaxing session, while also soothing the nervous system to combat muscle soreness and pain! The hot basalt stones can also be infused with essential oils and plant essences for a powerful aromatic experience.
🔥⚫
Hot Stone Therapy has been around for thousands of years. It is also referred to as, "Geothermal Therapy" - combining the natural power of hot and cold with the power of stone and crystal.
The Native Americans and Hawaiian Kahunas are the most well-known for their use of stones in their ancient treatments and sacred healing ceremonies.
🔥⚫
Many cultures across time and cultures still today use stones and the ancient elements of hot/cold therapy for their therapeutic properties!
🌹Roses carry the highest vibration of all plants. Vibrating at 320 MHz (approximately 384% higher than the average healthy human body).
The human body vibrates at a frequency between 62-78. MHz.
The rose vibrating at such a high frequency is believed to allow one to connect with their body energetically to balance any lower vibrational ailments that may effect us on a physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual level.
🌹There are over 300 varieties of roses. Roses are found across the world, and can grow in almost any temperatures from below freezing to extremely hot.
The rose and its many benefits has been celebrated and honored across many cultures. The Rose is said to work similar to Reiki, where their gentle vibration heals through nurturing + support.
