Our social services team came together in Sanford for our second annual Social Services Conference.

Team members from across our continuum of care, including Liberty Health and Rehab, Liberty Home Care and Hospice, Liberty Senior Living, Liberty Medical Specialties and Liberty Medicare Advantage, spent the day learning, sharing and collaborating while welcoming new faces and strengthening relationships.

Kristi Lakey is celebrating 15 years with Liberty Health and Rehab!

“I began my career with Liberty as an Occupational Therapist at Bermuda Commons in 2011. As a Kernersville native, I assisted in opening the new Summerstone facility. Serving in the heart of the community in which I was born and raised is a special privilege that makes my work even more rewarding.

In 2023, I transitioned into the role of Rehab Director, where I currently serve. I very much enjoy working as part of an incredible therapy team that makes such a positive impact on restoring patients' quality of life and independence. “

Shoreland Health Care and Retirement Center hosted a Memorial Day remembrance table, handing out cupcakes to staff and visitors.
