Where to start when reading ingredient labels —>
Certifications! Look for: non-gmo, organic, fairtrade certifications
Seed oils! Avoid em and go for some better options listed above 👆
Food dyes! If a product is using dyes to make their food appealing, it most likely isn’t good for you in the first place
Repeat after us: Natural sugars good, Added sugars bad!
Read the ingredients: if you need a Chem degree to get through it, possibly avoid (or grab one of us especially if you find yourself on the supplement aisle)
If it’s not certified, ignore the marketing and go for the label! See anything we discussed in the last slides? Maybe try for a different option.
