Our salon family is growing in the best way—Mary is getting ready to have her baby (!! 🥹), and while we are SO excited for her, it also means I’m going to need some extra hands soon.
I’m looking for someone who is recently out of cosmetology school and already licensed, and wants to continue learning in a supportive, real salon environment.
This would be perfect for someone who:
✨ Just got their license and doesn’t want to feel thrown in alone
✨ Wants hands-on guidance while building confidence behind the chair
✨ Values being part of a supportive, drama-free, team that feels like family

This would be a mix of assisting + growing your own clientele at your pace (we can structure it as apprenticeship or commission depending on what feels right).
