With summer just around the corner, what's one thing from your childhood summers you wish you could still do? 🌊☀️
For me, I'd go back to spending my whole day outdoors. From the moment we got up, we would be out the door and in a pool, in a field, someone's backyard, or on a bike riding across town. There was such a sense of freedom and adventure waiting for us everyday.
Drop yours below! 👇 (Sometimes the best medicine is a good memory 😄)

🌿 Come say hello this Thursday!

I'll be at Caring For Life's volunteer night in Jacksonville while the Medical Assistant students practice their phlebotomy skills — and I'd love to meet some of you in person.

Stop by the back room to chat about what Seagrass Integrated Mental Health has to offer:

✔️ GLP-1 medications for weight management
✔️ IV wellness infusions
✔️ Innovative treatments for depression, anxiety, and PTSD
✔️ Concierge psychiatric care right here in Jacksonville

Want to hit the ground running? I've opened up consultation slots on Wednesday and Thursday for anyone who wants to get started before the event. If you're a candidate for GLP-1 therapy, you could leave Thursday night with your first month in hand.

No pressure if you'd rather just come and browse — that's perfectly welcome too.

📅 Thursday, May 21

Come curious. Leave informed. 🌊

Many adults with ADHD use cannabis...sometimes before treatment, sometimes alongside stimulant medications.
But how does cannabis actually affect focus, motivation, and ADHD meds?

I wrote a new blog breaking down what the research shows (no judgment, just facts).
If you or someone you love has ADHD, this is worth a read. Check out my blog post https://wix.to/eS3u9TJ

Cannabis use is increasingly common among adults with ADHD. Many patients report using ma*****na to “calm their mind,” help with sleep, reduce anxiety, or counteract stimulant side effects. Others continue cannabis use after being prescribed stimulants, believing the two balance each other out.B...
