Teton Yoga Shala The Teton Yoga Shala is a yoga studio and school that strives to make yoga accessible to all. Therapeutic Yoga for all ages and abilities.

We offer a wide range of Yoga classes from Basic Hatha Yoga to Advanced Ashtanga Vinyasa Techniques. All of our classes are designed intelligently to have a therapeutic affect on mind , body and spirit. We offer workshops, teacher trainings and intensives year round.

✨NEW TEACHER & CLASS✨ Mat Pilates with Jessica Tues/Thurs at 8am!

Jessica has been passionate about Pilates and group fitness for many years. After experiencing a foot injury that prevented her from running, she discovered Pilates and quickly fell in love with the way it strengthened both her body and mind. Inspired by the positive impact it had on her own life, Jessica became a certified Pilates instructor to help others experience those same benefits. She believes Pilates is an ideal form of movement for building strength, balance, and body awareness while supporting the healthy movement patterns our bodies are designed for. Outside the studio, Jessica enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, spending time with dogs, and teaching 1st grade.
